Montville Youth Service Bureau offers a latch key prevention program for residents of Montville grades 4 through 12. (You may NOT register your child until they have completed third grade.) Registration forms must be filled out and returned in person to participate. Due to the increased interest in our After School Program, we have a waiting list in place. In order to be placed on the waiting list, parents must fill out the registration form and drop it off to the office between the hours of 8 am and 2 pm. MYSB will not accept faxed copies. Once a spot is opened up you will be notified.
Participants in the program are required to attend at least three days a week, per week, throughout the school year. (Exceptions will be made for participants who are involved in extra-curricular activities throughout the year.)
All active participants in the ASP are required to have a photo id, which is given out during the first week of the program. Children are responsible for keeping track of their id card. Replacement cards will be issued for a $3.00 fee.
Again, Montville Youth Service Bureau does NOT accept faxed copies of the registration form. You may download & print out our registration packet below. A parent/guardian must drop the registration form to Youth Services between the hours of 8 am and 5:30 pm. (Please remember that during the week, we are very busy between 3 pm and 5 pm with our program, please try to refrain from calling the center during these hours!)
If you would like more information or have any questions please contact Kimberly.
