RENTALS

For more information regarding Center Rentals or to book a rental please call the office between the hours of 9 am and 2 pm. After 2 pm, please leave a message for Tina at extension 113.

The Montville Youth Center is available for rentals during most weekends of the year, however, it is not available for rental during Holiday Weekends. The cost to rent the center is $25.00 Cash deposit and $50.00 cash or check payment. The $25 deposit will be refunded to you if the center is returned to its original condition. It is the responsibility of the renter to contact the MYSB within 30 DAYS of the rental date.

 

The Center is available for rent the following days and times;
Monday through Friday – 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Saturday – 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Sunday – 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
The center may only be rented in blocks of time UP TO 5 HOURS. 

 

The renter is able to move around the tables and chairs in the center, but the center must be returned in its original condition to receive the $25 deposit. The event must end by the above times, but the renter will be allowed to stay up to one hour after to clean up and return the center to its original condition. The center is limited to 25 children (any person under the age of 18) per event with one adult (over the age of 21) per 5 children. Events that are for adults, you may have a maximum of 40 people. When renting the center you will have access to the following;

Pool, Air Hockey and Foosball
Fenced in outside area with basketball hoops
Kitchen with refrigerator, oven and microwave
3 Video Game Systems;
Game Cube, Nintendo 64 and X-Box
The center provides the systems, but the renter will need to provide the games and controls.
