YOUTH ACTION COUNCIL

Montville Youth Action Council's mission is provide opportunities for Middle School & High School Youth to develop and promote responsibility, leadership, interest in the community and positive social development through active participation in the formation, coordination and delivery in the community projects, fundraising and social/recreational activities. 

We are looking for new members for both our middle school and our high school chapters of YAC. Being part of YAC is a privilege and requires a commitment to one hour long meeting per month, additional meetings for subcommittees, volunteering opportunities, and possible night or weekend activities. (Approximately 4 to 10 hours per month.)

The YOUTH ACTION COUNCIL will be working in subcommittees on different topics; Stall Street Journal, Community Outreach Projects, Penny Drive, Stocking Drive, Public Service Announcements, and Asset Development Poster Campaign. If you are interested in being part of the Youth Action Council, please contact us today!

Space is available. Paperwork is available at MYSB to fill out. Please bring a $100 deposit. (Cash or check only payable to "MYSB")

$400 total yearly fee

$100 non-refundable deposit @ registration - $300 balance due August 26th

Monday-Friday after school until 6pm
Open on half days! Homework assistance is available!

Montville Residents 4th grade through 12th grade
Transportation is provided from the Montville Schools,
but parents must arrange pick up from the Youth Center
